5. Payment Terms & Pricing
5.1 Payment Structure
- Small (< ₹50,000): 50% advance, 50% on completion
- Medium (₹50k–₹2L): 40% advance, 30% milestone, 30% completion
- Large (> ₹2L): milestone‑based
- Retainers billed in advance
5.2 Methods
- Bank transfer (preferred)
- Online gateways
- Cash (local)
- International wire
5.3 Late + 5.4 Extra Costs
- Invoices due in 15 days; 2%/month late fee
- Suspend after 30 days; legal after 60
- 3rd‑party costs billed separately
- Extra revisions/rush/travel may apply
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Client Ownership
- Upon full payment, ownership of custom work
- Client‑provided assets remain client’s
- Source files & documentation delivered
6.2 Our IP
- Proprietary tools/frameworks retained
- Pre‑existing libraries/templates remain ours
- Portfolio/sharing rights for showcasing
6.3 Third‑Party Materials
- Subject to their licenses
- Stock/Fonts remain owners’ property
- Client responsible for requested licenses
7. Confidentiality & Non‑Disclosure

- We protect client data; employees/contractors bound
- Obligations survive termination

- Required by law; prior knowledge

- 24h response during business hours
- Monthly security updates & backups
- Emergency support for critical issues
10.2 Response Times
- Critical: 4–8h
- Non‑critical: 24–48h
- General: 2–3 days
- Hours: Mon–Sat, 9:00–18:00 IST
11. Data Protection & Privacy
11.1 Data Handling
- Aligned with our Privacy Policy
- Technical & organizational measures
- Backups for duration + 1 year
- Compliant international transfers
11.2 Retention
- Project files retained 2 years for support
- Deletion available on request
